about Monash (7)

OK, in the last 4 posts, i introduced 4 units which i learned in the last semester, and in this one, i will say the unit which i learn this summer- AFF5050,international banking
from the name of the unit,you can figure that this unit is about banking and financial. that is sure. and as said before, i do not like learning finance unit. and i am not so interest in this unit. i learned it, because the unit is the only one i can learn during the summer, and everyone said it is an esay unit.

at the first 4 or 5 seminars, it was really easy. just about some background of international banks such as history. i can handle these kinds of knowledge. and there was a middle test in the 8 semester, it was tested about what we learned in the first 6 seminars. it took me two days to review these. during the test, there were maybe 5 or more copies of test paper, every one's paper were not the same. but it turned out that, i did the same questions, but the order were different. i got a good marks of the middle test, it was even higher than i expected. i got D in this test. but after the middle, i did not quite understand what teacher taught, especially i did not understand the option and forward parts, they were a little confused for me. and at the last few seminars of this unit, we prepared for our assignment. it was a group assignment, up to 5 people. 4000 words. it took us maybe one week or a little more to finish it. we wrote about more than 5000 words, but in the assignment we claimed that the report contained 4320 words. :). when i picked up our assignment, it gave me a shot too, we got 35 out of 40. that was a really a surprise. next that, the final exam was coming, it took me about one week or one and half weeks. first i review all the lecture notes, and tried to understand all of them. i asked some of my friends, did some research, and i thought i understand most of them including option and forward. then i did the past exam paper, found the answers to them, but some questions were open quesion, i tried to answer this kind question in sense. then it went to the last part, remeber them. that was hard for me. as stated before, i did not like the test about member. but i did not have choice, just remember them. and during exam, i answered the questions as much as i can. and i hope i could get a good result. i got 49 out of 60 during the ongoing assessment, i hope i can get 75 or more in the overall result.God bless me.
